Thank you for visiting and shopping at Imprint Corner. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary at Checkout,  in your online shopping basket.

Shipment processing time 

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that orders will be dispatched promptly after an order has been placed.  All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page (eg custom made products). During times of high sales volumes, in which case your order will be dispatched in approx 1-2 weeks (you will be notified of any issues). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Please be aware that there may sometimes be delivery processing delays beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number  once your order has shipped.  Parcels are delivered via Australia Post's Regular Parcel Post service or Express Post, and you may receive your tracking information directly from Australia Post to your provided email address.

Damages 

Imprint Corner will cover the cost of lost or damaged packages at our sole discretion. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe. Imprint Corner reserves the right to delay the dispatch of replacement goods until we deem that a suitable time period has elapsed and that the parcel is lost and irretrievable. We anticipate that some periods of time (eg during Pandemic times or high traffic holiday seasons) deliveries may take longer than expected and request your patience during these times.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping 

Imprint Corner currently does not ship international as yet.
